Cob Premier Outdoor Oven

The booklet that comes with it lists a roast as needing 8-9 heatbeads and a BBQ steak as 9-12 heatbeads.
More heatbeads = more heat so it should sizzle a steak, we just need someone to try it out.

Ours arrived today, after being ordered off the Cobb website for $179 (postage is free if you spend more than $100).
The BIL loves his so I ordered this one for Mothers Day (it arrived late).
Looking forward to trying it out.

Have cooked steaks on ours plenty of times without problems.
