    Broken back!!??

    Hello all,
thought id share my woes of the weekend,
went out playing in the bush behind eildon and was having a really good day,
went down a loverly steep stretch back down to the water all fun, heading back up though not so fun.. one section was just a little more challening than i thought and i gave it a little to much curry and snapped an axle
and had to winch myself up, and shamefully with my head held low be towed out by a navara(till the main track)
now i have to source another axle, so who knows where to get rangie bits in melbourne now that rangie automotive has moved on??
will post up some pics later when i download them and figure out how
    have fun

I'll give you an axle for a 6 pack of scotch

I'll even drop it off anywhere close to the highway as I travel through from latrobe valley to past Geelong Monday arvo

Rangie automotive moved on? his off beresford road in Lilydale still as far as I know

Didn't know that...more money in service work than anything else anyway

Healesville, the black spur, used to travel that every week, when they were doing roadworks, ***** of a road!

as it turns out 93 rangies are a B!tch, they are the same type of axle as a later 24 spline, as in size and other things but are a 10 spline center, so earlier axles dont bloody fit... so now i have 2 24 spline axles and need to find a center to suit... grrr

    And stub axles/hubs too.
10 spline are different from 24 spline .
