    air con / vents

    Hi All,

    I have plenty of air pushing up towards the windscreen & feet when that setting is selected on the controls but hardly any air when wanted coming through the dash vents ( facing driver).

    Is that usually a hose issue or something else ?

    If you are talking the far right vent , join the club.
    Very little ever comes through there. Some people stick as small computer fan in the hose to boost flow, but it is really a design "feature".
    I guess they felt they had to put something in the radio space when they moved it to the console.

    I'm the opposite, have plenty of air comming at my face, but can never get any on the windscreen or my feet.

    on the 85 move the slide to ram

    Thanks guys,

    All my face vents are pretty poor, i guess i should be happy with my feet being warm & my window defrosting !

    I was just trying to sort out my air con so i can drive with the windows up & keep the dust out when up the cape.
