    I'm keen to do a 4.6 conversion soon. Will my standard 1990 3.9 auto box with 200kms do the trick or would a freshen up be necessary?

    What would a freshen up/ recon cost?

    is it possible to bring the HP22 up to HP24 spec?

    I think he means the whole ZF/351 combo, if your going to all that effort, better off putting a better choice of motor/trans combo. i.e. gen3/4l60e

    Ok it's 351/AODE then. Still need an old ZF for determination of adapting the transfer.

    A mate of mine is a long distance truck driver...if he happens to be over that way I'll get him to pick it up. Otherwise I'll continue the search over here.
