The pressure is not measured its a distance from 2 points on the vehicle which should be described in Rave. There are 3 blocks of different sizes which are used to calibrate the system at the Stealers. Most like me take a measurement from the centre of the wheel to the centre of the wheel arch. This is not by the book but works for me. No reason why you cant set it up the way you like it.
The pressure would vary with different loads and temperatures so would not be consistent. The beauty of the system is the ride hight stays the same regardless of load

The system pressure as a whole runs at 150psi at the tank however the bag pressure is irrelevant as it will vary depending on vehicle loading and overall weight. As long as the pressure required to lift the vehicle doesn't exceed the maximum operating pressure, it will lift.
Cheers
