Looks very neat and tidy - I reckon it'll turn out to be a keeper.
As some of you know I had an issue on our road trip to Tweed Heads for Christmas.
So to buy some time to sort that one out we decided to buy another cheap car(with the idea to sell it later(we'll see)).
So the good lady wife said why not a 4 wheel drive if we can find one, she's learning
Now what would you buy?
Before I could think about it spoted this unit 2 streets away.
Got it for a fair price and the best bit is it's a Land Rover
1991 Clearwater Blue Range Rover Vogue

She's a 3.9 fuel injected petrol V8 automatic.
Fairly stock on near new road tyres.
Steel bull bar and IPF lights.
Upgraded stereo with CD stacker, amp and remote.
(UHF going in this weekend)
A few questions on this rig may follow
And also a thanks as I veiwed 1/2 the thread here in the RRC section to know what to watch out for.
Looks very neat and tidy - I reckon it'll turn out to be a keeper.
Looks tidy, needs new springs though!
How much was the fair price?
Looks great, they have a great ride and a lot of potential.
I would guess its a $4-5k ride there as is and with Gas fitted could easily last you another 10 years.
Good work.![]()
Nice - once you've had a Range Rover though, it'll be hard going back into a Disco..
BTW, looks like a 1990MY.
Scott
Thanks for the replies guys.
Said to SHMBO it's hers if she learns to drive it off road on eisier tracks, as it has the viscous centre diff..
And she got a little excited, might be a keeper now
I know the rear looks low but simple to fix down the track if we do keep it.
I have few questions but I'll start a new thread to sak them.
Fair price?....$3,000 as is. Windscreen chip, drop the fog lights off, wash the motor and it should pass the roady(last one 9 months ago).
We got 3rd party fire and theft to cover it. Insurance figure was $5,200 by their books.
Pretty good buying there!
