If it is a hard dash there is only one drain on my 92 and it exits just above the LH chassis rail down low on the firewall.Quote:

But I gues its a soft dash, as it is very easy to see the tube under the dash of a hard dash.

Now I think of it I did see a small, (could have been white) "something" sticking though more or less at the top of the gearbox tunnel close to the firewall. I thought it was some sort of retaining clip, I'll have another look tonight maybe it was that, I wasnt expecting a valve of any sort I thought it would just be a bit of hose.
Well, I found the dripping water last night... but not where it was supposed to be. - It came from the front, directly under the oil filter, the lowest point therof...where the oil and water gathers before it makes that one-way trip back to Mother Earth....
Radiator hose where it goes onto the water pump is leaking around the end... clamp looks over-tightened, and there's a LARGE hard bulge where I would expect a low(er) hard bulge...
$42 for a lower hose may be the least of my expenses!
So thanks to all for encouraging me to get where all RR owners need to be....underneath looking up !;)

I found the hoses, as I was looking for hoses I already seen them but brushed them off as ........well I dunno but not the drain hoses.
They are on the walls of the tramsmission tunnel more or less where your left ankle would be in the foot well, or just above the bell housing where it meets the transmission. It looks like a huge grease nipple but made of black rubber without the ball bearing.
Cleaned them out with the outer casing of an old choke cable.
we'll see.......
If my feet still get wet lol, if they do then i guess its the air-con "O" rings or the matrix/radiator - whatever its called the bit that gets cold, either way a massive PITA job :mad: with luck it might just be the blocked hoses.
Smell the drips and see if they smell like coolant or if they have any colour.Quote:

i meant to say heater O rings but ya knew what I meant :D
I havent actually seen it driping anywhere just a bit if a soggy carpet under the sound deadener, not the actual carpet.
I should have said i didnt mean it literally when i said wet feet oops
