    arb locker change over

guys, I have an 87 RRC with 10 spline rear diff and axles, I also have a trashed 97 disco on my lawn with an ARB locker which I want to put into the RR. So the question is, what is the easiest/fastest/best way to do the transfer, either by taking out the arb diff and drill a hole in the RRC diff to install it, then put in the 24 spline axles etc.. or by ripping the whole disco diff out and swapping the complete unit?

    thanks

Easiest and cheapest will be to swap the whole axle disc-disc. (assuming it is straight).

    What he said!

you get the upgrade (minor) to 24spline. Another thing to confirm is the CW&P ratios are the same between the two vehicles.
    I rule!!!

    2.4" of Pure FURY!!!

thanks guys, yeah I may have to change the input shaft too to make sure it matches the diff, but the ratios should all be the same?
