    Dont waste your time
I have them and apart from the extra little bit of noise no increase in power at all. This on 2 of my rangies
The standard headers are just as good.
Save your money and spend it on a stainless steel exhaust system much better

You won't get a massive increase in power but your fuel economy will certainly get better!

There's a number of Ebay mobs selling some, and they come up regularly second-hand on there too.

Possibly won't join to your standard system either so may need to modify that too.

x2 on the "dont waste your time"

Best option is the standard square shape headers, with the double outlet.

As said the double outlet cast manifolds are just the same (4-2-1) excepting the size maybe.

Just have all the rough casting inside cleaned up and have them matchported to the head.

I also make the point that they're a waste of money. I only put a set on my last Rangie (89 Vogue) because the extractors on it were cracked at the join. Couldn't see the point in going backwards but still at nearly $1K for a new set inc. fitting and new muffler, y-piece, etc.. it's steep

On the contary, they do make your straight through exhaust sound superb

That lovely system is coming off this weekend to be replaced by a stock system... to go with the now stock equiped (but still dented) Rangey Vogue!

A common misconception about extractors, headers and manifolds is their name! Extractors have long matched length primary pipes that usually go 4 into 1. Headers are tubular with much shorter primaries and go 4 into 2 into 1. Extractors are good for top end horsepower in a race motor. Headers are better for low to mid range torque. Extractors only work well with a matched inlet, as the scavenging effect will suck alot of unburnt fuel into the exhaust actually costing horsepower and economy. Also your primaries should be no bigger internally than the exhaust valves. They also like a 2 1/2" single system.
