Chrome ones were fitted to the softdash Classics in most cases. Think it was mainly Vogues but not restricted to markets.
All the softdashes I've seen have them fitted.
I have seem many pics of RRC with chrome bumpers, never seen any factory fitted ones in Australia though, where they NAS or UK only?
If they where fitted OEM here in Australia, which years?

The were the same bumper as fitted to the late two doors (with the revised sliding windows) which were black with the rubber end caps, but never saw them on a four door. They first models that I saw them on were the ones badged as "classic" under the Land Rover on the back.
