Well lucky for us we have just acquired a lt230 tc, front shaft and all other bits and pieces from a early 90s land rover disco 1 which Is fitted to a range rover.
We will be stripping out all the tc this Friday night as well as try to remove the engine box and tc from the rrc. Pics will be taken. I might just start a new thread for the build.

Are you building a comp car or just a weekended.
Weekender but wish to enter into some amateur events.
We took her out to the powerlines on Saturday for is last outing before the pull down.
The car has the following
33" tyres
Terrafirma Remote Reservoir Shocks
2" lift
2" body lift
front shock turrets
Terrafirma front dislocation cones
Terrafirma rear spring dislocation cones
Terrafirma coil spring retaining plates
Terrafirma lower shock mount
cranked rear radius arms
ARM rear diff lock
It performed absolutely well accept for the rear spring keeping on popping out even with the locators.
We even had to tow a mates RRC out on the offroad track for a good 50km.
Ok guys last weekend we stripped the transfer out of the doner car. This weekend should start the pull down of the RRC.
One question, What LT230 came out without the lock up solenoid? I was told that this transfer case is from a disco 1.

Engine, Gearbox and transfer are out. Now its time for some wiring.
Well most of the dash is now out as well as most of the wiring. All the wiring is actually quite basic once you break it down.
I really need to start to get some pics up on here.
