Ls looms are easy, 4 relays a few fuses to interface it and all good

    Pics to come soon.

OK nearly finished the relay/fuse board which will run the whole car. Had a bit of a snag with the transfer conversion kit. The front shaft hits the T400 sump so a bit of trimming is required there. LS1 is being dropped off this weekend.

Oh and another snag is we ended up chucking out the transfer shifter bracket that the lever bolts to but a mate is wrecking a car which we will be looking at tonight.

Ok guys the Mark4x4 adapters were a fail. We now need to make our own.

cal415 did you have much experience with this? Do others have any pointers to look out for for mounting the engine in the bay?

    PICs time finally.

Motor coming out of its old home:

Turbo 400 given a fresh paint job, transfer case adaptor in the middle, mated to a disco 1 transfer case, kindly donate

Cleaned up the motor, new gaskets etc

Deeper pan (has some funky cooling tubes running thru it). I expect this to cop a fair hiding so oil temps are a concern.

Rangie has now been fairly extensively stripped.

Wiring board to run the whole car, i.e everything is getting turfed and rerun.

There are more pics to come. We made new engine mounts and the drive train is now in.

Watching with interest. Wiring looks most crafty!
