    Aftermarket/custom transfer shifters

    G'day,

Has anyone seen or made their own shifter to replace the factory one on a 230?
I'm thinking of two shifters, one for the diff lock and one for the gear change.
Possibly even with a cable so I can put em wherever.
That would allow me to use the BF 6spd auto shifter with its front cable exit on my conversion.
Or what about an electric shift conversion. A big ask I know.

    cheers.

Sounds pretty exciting!! I think disco 2 run 230 and they already have the single shifter high low and you add another for lock on off, or. Is it the other way around. They are cable operated as well.
    Cheers nat

I wanted to do this for my range, I just did a r380 conversion and the shifter is in a slightly different position. So ATM my shifter dies not work well. I need to muck around with it a bit
