What colour should the wheels be for a faithful colour match, are there any black bits on the rims I need to paint on?

re the colour, a Dulon alloy plate/sticker has Midnight and some barely legible chook scratchings on it best deciphered as 449-343-15?
I believe the colour to be Charcoal black metallic code 574 AKA Niagara Black Metallic/574 but this doesnt match with anything I have found for early 80's colours.
The paint does have metal flake in it and it is original paint as I cant find any signs of a respray and as im currently half way through the body prep for paint I need to order the colour now before it gets too cold to paint.
the other question is where do I get the Range Rover Decals for the bonnet and tailgate?
I figured id just add an AULRO membership sticker to add a touch of green but failing that a good source of decals would be nice.
Bling will consist of a carbon fibre style "Wrap" of the Grille and headlight surrounds as I suspect I can get away with this and remain half faithful to originality and failing that its satin black paint which I need for the front bumper anyway.
Im also adding a set of large mirrors as the original units are rusty and IMO too small.
