    RRC rust?

Have noticed a little bubbling on the outside of the left hand side rear upper panel near the bottom of the rear side window (under the vinyl). Is this common, and I suspect something that should be rectified without too much delay?

Not uncommon. Its only a tin pannel.

I'd be taking it of pretty soon, as underneath is a foam insert and it holds water againt the inner pannel to which can rust out. The rust on the inner pannel usually starts at the bottom in the seam.

On my 93 ive cut the bottom few inches off the foam insert, painted the whole lot and covered it in body wax.
