I can sympathise with your problem. I just had exactly the same problem on my D2. I ended up getting a syringe style oil pump that holds about 250ml. I drained the brake fluid below of the clutch master cylinder, then removed the hose and attached it to the oil pump ensuring no air.
I than had my able assistant open the bleed screw on the slave cylinder and forced fluid through. Had to open the bleed screw quite a bit.
Then just before the pump ran out of fluid closed the screw and refitted hose.
This was after I had tried, almost successfully, using a pneumatic vacuum to suck the fluid through (it worked, but there was still some air in there somewhere)
