Brake light switch & fuse issues
So, just been away camping with my RRC and from the get go noticed that I had no indicators. anyway, traced a 15A blown fuse as the issue, indicators fixed. however as soon as i started driving they stopped again. Cut a long story short, the brake lights are it seems on the same fuse and upon investigation I see the switch on the pedal looks like it has split? I can see a spring hanging out
Is this a common fault and will this be the cause of the fuse blowing? I have ordered a new one. but is there anything I should know please????

This could be your problem. If the Pos brake wire touches the brake peddle and therefore shorts to earth it would blow your fuse pretty quickly. Id say you are onto it.
You could test it but insulating the brake switch wires and go for a short drive to prove the fault.
