    Hmmmm. Thinking..........
    Must be the four injectors.
But you should get a lotto ticket, to have four go at once is bizarre. I've never heard of it, but its looking that way....

There are some Chev/Holden, Bosch ones that are a straight swap, but I can't remember the part No. Will be here on the forum somewhere.

EA to EL Falcons, VN to VR Commodores, probably VS to VY too. I'd swap all 8 at once though just in case.

Sounds a like an ECU fault.....
I concur. A similar fault happened to my old man's 3.5 flapper system, only difference was the left bank was not injecting rather than not closing.

You can check the injector pulse with a simple Noid light test, the light plugs into the injector loom instead of the injector and the light pulses in time with the pulse sent to open the injector.

I picked 2 up for under $20 and they have saved me a lot of grief troubleshooting injector issues, just make sure the pins are suited to your injectors.

The other point to make here is that injectors make an audible click when switched open and a length of Electrical conduit or a bit of hose will amp this to audible levels like a stethoscope will. No click click and the things faulty.

    A link for you ......

    Bee utey advised .....

There is only one input to the ECU to cause it to inject fuel and that is the white/black stripe wire normally connected from the vehicle loom to the coil negative. Somebody's knocked it off or disconnected it further in after the resistor. It changes colour after the resistor to white/blue stripe.

You may want to recheck how you connected the module .... and find out what you connected the ECU injector wire to ...

    Cheers
