    If sticking Rover.
Davis Performance T Sleaved 5L, approx 12k drive in/out using stock Rover V8 ECU retuned.
Dont go over 35's,legal width wheels or a 2inch bodylift if you want to engineer it.
Upgrade to 24spline hi tough axles , with ashcroft locker or Eaton Elocker and ashcroft CVS.
If sticking with the ZF get it strengthened to strongest spec by A&B Auto in melbourne.(ZF 4HP22 with 4HP24 internals)
For the Transfer you cant get better than the LT230, just put an Ashcroft ATB centre in it.
If you really want it to stop, replace the disks with upgraded units and hydroboost it.
    Sort your suspension from LRA
If you have got some spare coin or are willing to save the LRA Storm Series builds are awesome options if you are not wanting to do it yourself.
    Hope this helps

24 spline axles and get 4.12 diffs or even 4.37:1 diffs, high comp the 3.9 and it will probably feel a lot better
