Car's looking good great job. Quick question where did you get the side mouldings from, looking to do a respray on my long suffering 81, and always liked the look of those on the lower part of the doors but they seem hard to get.
Looks really good with those springs.
I didn't like those silver wheels when you first did them but they are growing on me, I think they really suit the car.
Keep the pics coming.

It looks about right to me too.. I can't understand the fashion of jacking up suspension so the thing drives like rubbish on sealed roads (where you generally travel faster and need the handling). If I need more ground clearance offroad, I''ll just find another route to drive. I'm still amazed at what a bog standard rangie can do without stuffing it up with big tires and tipsy suspension
Did you get the A/C done I'd try chasing up a NOS unit from an early 90's hard dash if it'll fit. They work really well

I've fitted a Vintage Air gen 11 system but when we tried to charge it I think trinary switch is not working so gotta get multimeter out and do some checking/tracing.
Its not low on refrigerant? trinary switch should mean you have low and high pressure cuttouts ..... the "tri" part will probably drive your radiator fans on high speed when the pressures are high. If you are running a clutch fan, you probably only need a standard high/low switch ?
Do you have some gauges you can throw on it

Thanks Shane I've fitted dual speed electric fans hence the trinary switch. But useless mechanics didn't open the valves on top of compressor so of course system wouldn't charge. Anyway meant I got to tidy up hose work fix my mistake (upside down condenser and few other housekeeping items. Was also advised by a local parts guy that shop I'd gone to use Hychill as their default fill not R134a which is what I'd requested. Going somewhere else Monday.
Oh and system is brand spanking new never had a fill hence zero pressure on anything
