. . . And fair enough too. An email or 'contact us' communication gives them more scope to ensure they are answering the potential client's needs... so the return call / message will be comprehensive and convenient to both parties.
I left "contact" details on Sunday night via websites ("Leave your message and we'll get back to you in 48 hours" ) to two Solar - supply & repair companies, one of which had added 1kW of panels to my system last year... - NONE replied.
Today is Thursday evening, a bit more than '48 hours'. Yesterday anytime would have been acceptable.
So, the one which I rang on Tuesday afternoon, which gave me good advice / choices over the phone is booked next week for repairing/replacing my 5kW inverter.... $650 or $2,500 - Don't care which as my insurance 'excess' is still $500 either way. :angel:
Silly thing is... if they hadn't had a 'Contact Form' on their websites, I would have rang them all on MONDAY morning instead...:eek:
