    Power to front fog lights

I know there have been several threads about this, but I still can't find a solution.

The lamps themselves are fine - removed and checked them by direct connection to a battery. There is no power to the leads hanging out behind the front spoiler. This is regardless of whether on side lights only, or low beam or high beam. The fuse is OK and so is the switch.

I know there is a relay between the switch and the lamps but I cannot find it. (There are at least 10 in various places under the hood). Nor can I trace the wires from the fuse to that relay and therefore from the relay to the lamp. Can anyone please help identify the location of that relay and confirm which wire colors are responsible?

Yes, I know I can run new wires and a new relay, but it just adds to the complexity, also finding yet another place for the switch on the dashboard

The relay is under the drivers side of the dash and in the pic it is number 14
