I ended up getting another ECU for $110. The car is now running on petrol although it runs better on LPG than petrol. Has a weird surging around 2500-3000rpm which I think is due to the Air Flow Meter. Have set the %CO to 0.5% and found that it seems to like the timing on around 16 degrees BTDC, when on 6 degrees it doesn't run very well. I don't know how far I can take the timing as I cant turn the distributor any further as its hitting the block at 16 degrees.
