    Wanting to source RR Classic '82 replacement door mirrors

    Hi all,
    I am considering putting correct door mirrors on my 2 door RR. I have found sourcing replacement mirrors difficult; You can get some from the UK but I have found that those either don't have the bases or don't have convex bases for the door shape. Anybody recommend a likely source? Cheers, robg

    lovely looking 2 Door.. what mirrors are on there at the moment as I need a couple and they don’t look too bad from the photo.

    You can get the mirrors from Famous Four in the UK. They are a slightly smaller version of the original door mounted ones. I have them on mine and they don’t look out of place. The mounts work fine.
    2022 Defender D250 S being set up for touring.
    '83 RRC 2 door 300tdi on club plates
    '82 RRC 2 door almost finished on club plates (will always be nearly finished!)
    2013 Freelander (wife's)
    1994 Defender ute hopefully on club plates one day

    Yeah i fitted those but found them a bit small. Or my eyes are old

    I got one from british auto parts(before they changed owner) when one got wrecked, looked right but the quality was a bit average, but is still hanging in there. Like your car was wondering what colour it is, mine is in need of a face lift.
