    True. Built car in small garage and under carport with sloping floor. Makes it hard. But looking at recent appreciation of property - makes it easier to live with Stroker V8

    Or maybe rent a shed from family/friends. That's what my brother wants to do here. Build a shed down here to use. Oneday, when he can be bothered getting around to it that is (this is the worst option for most, as you pay and build the shed, but its not on your land, so you will not own it). We will likely never sell, so the issue is irrelevant in this case To put costs into perspective. sheds are about $18k a year plug outgoings to rent a year. So paying $40k for someone to build one near you will have payback in 2years.
