Both memorable! Certainly I was thinking along UK lines of Essex look. I'm guilty of owning a classic that frankly I'm loathe to get too dirty unless absolutely necessary. Which was not the intent when I started project. It was supposed to be our beach/4wd car. You know how it goes..The Essex look[emoji1303]

This has turned out to be excellent both on and off road. ECU re tuned bigger exhaust Traxide dual battery set up LLams fitted GAP IDD tool 265/50R20 Nitto Terra Grapplers. Parts much easier to get than for my Classic!

I think that as the depreciation/cost of L322's reaches a more offroad friendly price, the offroad capability is explored without as much hesitance.

If it weren't for the LCT, and the Governments greed on vehicle imports we'd all be driving much nicer vehicles, like ROTW.
Roads?.. Where we're going, we don't need roads...

The L320 is at that point now, can be had for sub 20k and apart from lacking a legal bullbar would make a great offroader.

Yep my L320 if purchased now is real value for money. Mine has 110,000km and drives real nice. Worth about 30k on a good day. I took a new Toyota RAV 4 hybrid top of range for a test drive just as a comparison - my old RRS was a better drive. The Yota was nice - in isolation but as back to back comparo not in same league.
