This is the one (from the old Pirate) that inspired me to get rid of the 8" wide hurricanes and flares. Those wheels look terrific on the RRC they're on now in Melby.

    BRG US RRC.jpg

Chanced upon some 15x7 modded rostyles that had chromed rims. They don't look bad at all with a big nut engraved with MD poking out of the hole in the middle.

    cheers, DL

Nah...The Essex look[emoji1303]The Essex look[emoji1303]Went to RRC of Vic Xmas BBQ last week at Black Spur Inn. Coming over Black Spur pass was sandwiched between X5 and DodgeRam having fun. Was able to keep up/not slow them down. 3rd gear was my friend 2500-4000, brakes were good, and car drives The Essex look[emoji1303]. Good fun. Not bad for an old girl.

"Essex Look" implied to me some connection with the Essex model cars of my childhood. Essex was a brand name used by Hudson from about 1917 to 1932, and in the mid 1920s made one of the first cheap closed cars in the mid twenties, and they were quite common when I was growing up!

Funny how these simple comments can mean many different things to the receiver. I was thinking of the Essex boys drug murders that occurred in a Range Rover
