    Dual Battery Systems

    Hi
I have been contemplating installing a dual battery system into my 86 RR, can anyone tell me which is the most reliable unit to use please?

    Maybe one of Traxide's units?

I was going to give you a link to my website which showed how I did my '86 RRC but I just found that the website has been hacked and is non-usable.

EDIT: Now fixed and SSL Certificate added.

I haven't looked at my site in years. Now that I have recovered it, dunno if it will be of any help.

    Dual Battery Systems

Hi Ron, thanks for the reply,
The 86 Rangie (and I suppose others as well) have wiring already set up for a dual battery system, called "split charging" I was wondering if it was worth while utilizing it to carrying out the wiring side of the installation?

    Regards:

Hi Ron, thanks for the support and my site is not HACKED just turned off while I have been relocating to new premises.

I am back up and running but have a large number of backorders being covered right now.

The website will be up again next week.

    Again Thanks, Tim.

Traxide have strong support on here.

I've been using a Redarc SBI 12 for maybe 20 years now and that's been fine. About $200 at Repco.

Rightly so. Tim's gear is great and his after sales support puts others to shame.

BTW, not knockin' your RA, but I reckon they've changed.

    ...........................
I've never needed after sale support.

I just read the instructions when I got it (chance buy........... was right there when I needed it) and it's fine.
