The loom itself with no other changes will probably make quite a difference.
I have had 100/90 bulbs in my headlights and IPF replacement reflectors with a loom for many years and they are quite bright even without spots.
I would not use the Hellas as I have found them not very good, as they have a very shallow beam so need to be adjusted very accurately. Even cheap 120MM rounds from Supacheap are probably better, but again you must feed them from battery power via a loom, with the existing switch triggering a relay.
