Unhappy Elderbrock Manifold and Gasket and Holley experts

Hey guys got another dumb question which manifold gasket do I use with a elderbrock manifold onto a 3.5 carby motor:
    1) GASKET - MANIFOLD - ROVER V8 (INLET)(CURVED) ERC3990
    2) GASKET - MANIFOLD - ROVER V8 (INLET)(CURVED)(COMPOSITE) LKJ500020
    3) GASKET - MANIFOLD - ROVER V8 (INLET)(FLAT) ERC3990
As I am unsure without pictures and the car I pulled it of only had the thin metal valley gasket and lots of silcone.

Also whats the best gas mixer for a holley carb the alloy hat type eg
IMPCO 300A GAS MIXER WITH CARBY PIPING LPG OLD SKOOL V8 - eBay, Air Intake, Fuel Delivery, Car Parts, Accessories, Cars, Bikes, Boats. (end time 01-Feb-09 20:59:08 AEDST)
or try use something more in a line like this
LPG GAS MIXER FORD FALCON - eBay, Other Car Parts, Accessories, Car Parts, Accessories, Cars, Bikes, Boats. (end time 01-Feb-09 18:45:27 AEDST) but with using this how in the heck would I attch a pipe to the top of the holley.
With both of these options want to keep it useable off road eg no water or mud clogging air filters and the like.

One last thing is $90 about the right price for a holley 4BBl rebuild kit or to pricey. And can some one give some diffinate info on making these holleys better for off road but I will be running dual fuel so is it better to just keep the gas for off road work

Sorry about the dumb questions but am trying to solve the lack of K's per tank out of the old girl. 230 is not enough with what I get up to. Was chasing down the second gas tank path as you could see from my other posts but this lead too a giant big pile of dollar signs. Not where I want to go at present. But I have the elderbrock and holley sitting here doing nothing at present so figured this is the cheaper and simplier option of returing the car to duel fuel not straight gas. Is this a dumb idea? This is causing me a lot of stress and pain as I have to have it all sorted and running by no later than the 20/02 for a planned club trip. So please some help to ease the stress would be greatly appreciated.
    Cheers Kris

If you have a spread bore manifold, the best thing you can do with the Holley is throw it in the wheelie bin where it belongs, and fit a Rochester Quadrajet.

The componentry in a Quady is a fair bit more complex than a holley utelising lot of plastic stuff that dry's out

so if i run fuel through it on a regular basis it should be fine. I am wanting to be able run fuel off road which the Holley won't allow without a whole lot of stuffing around.
