    "oh dear"

    thanks to the glorious rain we have had my rally track has become quite muddy and dam slippery i was giving my 86 rangie heaps the other night but when i changed back to second to power slide around a corner i had no responce when i floored it then after 2 or 3 seconds propper responce again. not sure why but would like to solve it as i came disturbingly close to a fence.

    I think an in car video of this might help with diagnosis .


    How much fuel was there in the tank? (thinking fuel starvation)

    an in car video would prove that i said a bit more than "oh dear" as i slid towards my neighbours fence at just under 80 k its on gas (sorry i didnt mention that) so i dont think fuel starvation in that sence but maybe fuel starvation due to back pressure due to leaking valve stem or something like that, not allowing gas to get past the throttle butterfly

    Power slide in a 3.5? It must be charged
