Just bought what used to be 50-218. Aside from the matt black paint job, she's pretty much as the day she left military service.
Things I have learned thus far:
1. I need to buy ear plugs and learn sign language (as my girlfriend says, this is the car I should have bought in the dying days of my marriage when I didn't want to have a conversation on a road trip).
2. Always check the parking space for fluid leakage before parking there (someone lost a fair bit of coolant, hopefully not me).
3. With roof luggage rack, she's taller than two metres (I now know which parts of Southland car park I can't use).
4. I love the old girl, even though i've had her two days and only done 100km.
