No problem, Unfortunately I don't have an assembly diagram but it looks like it would be reasonably easy to reassemble as long as all the bits are there. I had never even seen one until a couple of years ago until I bought the one I have advertised on ebay UK. If you decide to get the one off me you could pull it apart and see how it all fits together. My guess is the one you have has wear in the discs and probably slips there. That small amount of wear on the casing shell wouldn't give a drive problem in my opinion.

Good chat with Brian today. Seems that ive definatly got a V8 RR early box and its not too good. After some advise and great info from Brian ive sorta found out my probs with this centre diff. This muggins didnt press the bearing on far enough onto the centre diff casing. It would seem that the press tool I used bottomed out on the centre diff casing b4 the bearing bottomed out. Bugger. The workshop is closed today so cant fix it till tomorrow. Glad I found the prob thanks to Brian and now will be able to sort it quicker. Would still like to put proper perentie box with pto for front winch back into it. Anyone got a good one going cheap? Im not a rich man...lol

Have you tried Alegayter Sails on Old Port Rd at Hendon Rod? I had a sail repaired there years back and I reckon they do other canvas stuff.

Thanks Gordie, im trying to match up the canvas as much as i can. If i supply good used canvas it wont look too much out of place. But if i cant match it then new stuff will have to be the go i spose.
