    Rock Sliders

After having installed my turbo, the new exhaust was put in a bit lower than stock. So I'm looking at fitting rock sliders. The issue is that I have a hard top FFR and the battery compartments are hinged to the sills. I'm wondering how I should re-hinge them, don't really want to hinge them at the top, cos it'll be a PITA when using the compressor? Would be keen to know how anyone else may have resolved this issue.

Was thinking of installing the APT sliders BTW.

    Cheers

If I was you I'd PM or email Ben from APT - he has a very nice Perentie and I am sure he would be only too happy to suggest some solution for you.

I make a variety of styled rock sliders for Defenders/Perienties, and can make a Rockslider where the rear section will sit flush to the body panels so the battery box lids can then retain the factory orientation, and the hinges affixed tot he rockslider that replaces the sill panels..
