Hi, quick question about seats.
I’ve bought a perentie 2nd hand (or is that 3rd hand?). The drivers seat is more of a bucket type compared to the passenger side. The previous owner mentioned he’d had a 2nd perentie and had put the good bits in this one (incl seats). Can anyone give me a some background on seats? Also, is there a way to access the battery box under the passenger seat without Úna-bolting it? Or has the musical chairs game taken away a lift up seat or something?
Thanks, C

Re: Passenger seat / battery box. It's fairly simple from memory - the seat base un-clips (you leave the seat back in place), then you un-clip the battery box lid and it slides out from underneath the seat - and you then have access to the battery...

There's 2 types of seat. Isri and Stratos. The lighter green drivers one is an Isri which has the removable base. The passenger side one is a Stratos type one which does NOT have a removable base.

Hey Bearman - that’s something I didn’t know. I’m confused because my passenger seat is removable, thats how I get to the battery. Does that mean my FFR has been modified?
