Good or bad idea ?
Hi all,
At the moment I need new tyres and springs ,
The problem is , It only just fits in the garage at the moment and I'd like 255\85 tyres
I'm thinking about getting standard height defender springs , So - 40mm on the rear if I'm correct ? And putting on bfg km3 255/85 tyres with a diameter of 840mm I assume the old xzl are around 810 mm ?
So lower springs , But over all height roughly the same but increase ground Clarence
Bad idea or should that work out OK do you think
It pains me to lower a 4x4 but it needs to be garaged .
