    Perentie FFR shock absorbers

    Hi all,

I'm looking at replacing the shocks on my FFR Perentie. I've searched up and down but I can't find any clear answers.

I'm thinking of replacing the rears with:

Koni Heavy Track Shock Absorber - Rear PLUS 2 INCH - Paddock Spares

    and the fronts with:

Bilstein B6 - Performance Front Gas Shock Absorber from XA159807 - Paddock Spares

I have some unconfirmed length info on the existing Monroe's:

    BYG4001 FRONT 574mm extended and 356mm
    BYG4000 REAR 581mm extended and 354mm

But then I've read different numbers elsewhere so I'm not clear.

Can anyone offer some advice, or can anyone who has gone down this path comment on what shocks/sizes they went with?

    Cheers!

The BYG numbers are correct for the Perenties including FFR. I went with Koni Raids which are supposedly +2. Brilliant shockies and I now have them on the 6x6. Quite expensive but you get what you pay for and they are adjustable to boot.
