I’m planning on storing the dickie seat and the bonnet tools before roadworthy just in case. Yes I was lucky when I purchased mine as it was in very good condition and had been completely rebuilt by the military contractor, Tenex, that were responsible for rebuilding many of the RFSV's that went to auction in WA. Mine only had 4500 kms on the clock when I purchased it and the log book started in 2010 so I am assuming that this date was when it came back into the ADF refurbished. Most of the WA Pilbara RFSV's were rebuilt not long before they were sold off.

If you put Wolf rims on, it would be advisable to fit the longer studs as you won't be able to completely get the wheel nuts on with the original RFSV studs although it is very close. I picked up the longer studs from Rovacraft here in WA. I don't think that they are difficult to get.

Good luck getting your RFSV licensed. Looking forward to seeing some images of it when you get around to posting some.
