I've checked the dreaded www etc, but nowhere have I come across any locking systems to stop our lighter finger bretheren from removing CB etc antennas/aerials from bull bars or other external mounting points. I must be using the wrong search words?

Try some thread locker (i.e. loctite)
OR
I believe Mobile One Communications sell antennas / mounts with a anti theft screw thingy.

loctite... something like 690 should do it.

Loctite isn't such a good idea as you reduce the contact between base and antenna.
Just take it off when not in use....
