Recently, on my way to the new KLR Auto workshop, I noticed Oricom were only a couple of doors from KLR. So, today I dropped into Oricom with the microphone and cable from my UHF CB to see if I could buy a new cable as the outer sheath on mine was cracking and falling off leaving the very thin wires exposed and vulnerable. In fact, it had lost quite a bit of the outer sheath leaving nothing to support the wires.
Oricom replaced the microphone and cable free of charge. That was totally unexpected. Thank you Oricom.
