I'm pretty sure we have a heap of those 600w inverters on a shelf in the warehouse, some bigger ones too

They seem to have good reviews but not the functionality I'm after unfortunately. I want an inverter that has auto sleep functionality so I don't have to worry about switching it off and on all the time as inverters use quite a bit of power doing absolutely nothing. The old Selectronic uses a few mA until required then it kicks in and does its thing.

What are the bigger ones? Selectronic don't make the style I'm after any more and I haven't found something else I'm prepared to lay down my dollars on as yet.

Yeah, but they don't make portable inverters any more.

I own a Renogy inverter and it came with a remote switch. It still draws a small amount of power, maybe 0.5a on standby which isn’t too big a deal but I just switch it totally off when not in use.
