When I fitted air horns to my motorbike I used the existing horn wiring to drive a relay, and switched a fused feed direct from the battery. I'd do the same thing in the car, much like wiring for driving lights.
Bought a cheap air horn from super cheap for my 01 disco 2 as the current horn is a bit pathetic.
Just want some advice on how I should wire it.
They reckon you can just wire it straight onto the old horn wires but I figured I'm better off asking around before I get into it.
Any help is much appreciated
Edit: I also want to wire it so that it'll work off of the horn buttons on the steering wheel
