    Post phone to car music

is it possible to play music through my phone to my disco 2 without any invasive procedures such as a new head unit, such as through a special wire into the car? cheers.

Easiest way would be to buy a Bluetooth/wireless transmitter that fits into your cigarette lighter and sends out a signal at a frequency that you tune your radio to. Very simple and there are lots available at any auto parts store or department store. Here is a selection to give you an idea of what you are looking for...

I bought a couple of cheap bluetooth adapters from china for $3 each that connect with a 3.5mm plug that worked quite well, i think the standard D2 stereo had an aux input on the front ?

I use one of these $18 units in my L322:

Digitech FM Transmitter with USB and Micro SD Playback | Jaycar Electronics

However, it transmits the music from a 32GB microSD card that's loaded with music, not from the phone. It remembers where it got up to when you get back in to the car and it starts up.

I've got thousands of tracks on the card.
