Thread: Aftermarket D4 stereo head unit n RRS L320 2012

Noting that the RRS 2012 L320 and D4 have many common parts. Was wondering if anyone has had luck upgrading the head unit in a RRS with and aftermarket D4 unit?
I have logic 7 with car play module but the head unit is having intermittent faults. No aftermarket head unit for the 2012 RRS but plenty of good D4 units around.

any comments welcome as I can’t get much out of the suppliers or retailers
