outlook templates - replying with...
Hi Guys
Using outlook 2003 / 2007 i am trying to create a template to use in replies.
Basically i can create a template, no problems but there is no way that i can see of replying to a message and using a specific template in that reply? i cant beleive its this hard?
Whats basically we want to happen is that a customer emails us for a quote, we reply using a quote template, fill the details in and we are done.
sounds easy doesnt it? hellllppppppppppppp! i have spent about 6 hours on it so far.. even investigated forms etc... to no avail..
Thanks
Steve

Hi Steve, sorry I can see your question is a little old but since no one had an answer
from my knowledge of outlook you have to select the saved template and put in the email address - eg. you cant hit reply and then insert the template.
could you include the template in your signature so it auto-populates when you hit reply?
*edit - sorry, just saw you had investigated forms? If you go >tools>forms>choose a form>user templates and choose your template, it should bring it up so you can select it, then send it in an email... maybe this is what you wanted after all?
