I have been running FF4 on the laptop for about 3 weeks (to compare performance) and have only yesterday upped the desktop to FF4 too. No problems at all. XP on both. No real difference in speed either, its probably limited by the connection I have.
Maybe you should try a fresh install in a couple of weeks, there might have been a small problem with yours.
It's Ron....he broke it! :Rolling:
My OS is Ubuntu 10.10 and my usual browser is Chromium, but I have FF4.0.1 installed and it works perfectly. Your link opened as it should.
Perhaps this belongs in your "faulty goods" thread. :)
FF Works ok for me.
Maybe your iPhone got the ****s with you, had an electronic chinwag with Firefox and told it how much you hate and data transfer!
:Rolling:
Using Capitals, the difference between helping your Uncle Jack off a horse or helping your uncle jack off a horse...
I tried setting al the options I could think of but all to no avail. Another thing was that everytime I closed FF and then went to log back onto a forum, I'd have to go through login once again. I couldn't get auto login to work either. Another really annoying problem.
