Yeah - the rescheduling is Telstra. A Telstra tech has to re-patch your line at the exchange from a Testra D-SLAM to the Internode one. Internode can't do this, only Telstra.
When Internode check your line, they are making sure that there is an Internode D-SLAM at your exchange and that it isn't full.
