SubscriberMy old computer karked it so I had to get a new one... windows 8. Oh boy! I finally got it set up but my problem is this. I am not able to access paypal.I purchase some pills online for my wife and having filled out all the required details on the company's website it then attempts to go to paypal to finalise payment. Just times out. So I try to access paypal website direct. Same problem..can't connect. Is paypal down or am I doing something wrong as in settings etc. Jim

the built in free antivirus is much better reliability wise imho
