I grabbed Adobe acrobat reader for iPad and installed it, then used iTunes to copy RAVE over
Works a treat :p

For me I use am app called GoodReader. It opens almost aything as well as being able to quickly transfer files accross the network & internet.Quote:

The Rave manual works on my Win 8.0 desktop and Win 8.1 laptop.
Do make sure you un-compress all the files. The easy way to do this is to select the entire subdirectory in the zip file and drag and drop them into a new folder.
