Got myself an awesome Gaming PC - ASUS ROG CG8890

I love gaming, especially Flight Simulator X and FPS such as Battlefield and Call Of Duty. Decided I needed all the firepower I could get so I dropped a bomb on buying this system. I love it so far it is amazingly powerful. Running games and OS off 2 x 128GB Raid 0 SSD's makes is lightning quick. It really is PC porn lol.

If anyone has the budget and wants something high end, I can highly recommend this!

What flight stick do you use.

I went to dust off my old one for a dose of IL2-46, and the cord has been chewed through.

I had the Saitek Cessna Yoke and Throttle but didn't like it after 18 months of use and now I am on the Saitek X52 Pro and love it to death!

Combined with some good payware aircraft and good scenery (ORBX/FTX/Ants Airports/Holgermesh) the flying experience is sublime.

Sounds pretty expensive, shame the website doesnt go into detail of whats in it. I dont see why they would only WC the CPu and not the GFX as well, sounds like ASUS is slack.

Have a ROG motherboard in my HTPC and the onboard graphics and sound is bloody awesome, but the gfx needs a bit of a kick for some bluray dvds.

Also add me on Orion, mates and i try to play every sat night. Tri-Polar69

which is ok, as I have the gen before that.

did you go with the 4GB 690?
    and the 16gb ram?

on another site it says 32Gb of ram,, which IS out there---
Bloody ASUS,, they wont say WHICH motherboard they use,,

    being an X79 maybe this?

    ROG boards are very good--
